No. The starter path is designed for businesses shipping fewer than 500 orders per month, including brands with irregular or early-stage volume.
What does pick & pack include?
The published starter rate includes the first picked item and standard packaging for eligible orders. Additional items, custom materials, and special handling are priced separately.
Is carrier shipping included in pick & pack?
No. Carrier postage depends on parcel weight, dimensions, service level, and destination. We quote it separately so the fulfillment fee and transportation cost stay clear.
How are receiving and storage charged?
The first 4 receiving labor hours are included. Additional receiving labor and storage by bin, shelf, or pallet follow the active published rate schedule.
When does custom pricing apply?
Custom pricing applies when volume, packaging, prep, receiving, storage, returns, service levels, or integrations require a dedicated operational plan.
